　　一、前言：

　　很感謝榮幸有機(jī)會(huì)到浙江省義烏市掌坤電子有限公司實(shí)習(xí)。通過(guò)此次實(shí)踐，我們初步認(rèn)識(shí)了電子廠對(duì)一些簡(jiǎn)單零件的加工過(guò)程及裝配工藝，了解了其市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷環(huán)節(jié)及后勤人力資源管理方面的運(yùn)作，同時(shí)也看到了它們發(fā)展中的一些問(wèn)題，并思考了一些對(duì)策。此次活動(dòng)意義重大，為我們進(jìn)一步深化專業(yè)知識(shí)及業(yè)務(wù)流程打下基礎(chǔ)。這次的實(shí)踐時(shí)間雖然很短，但在這幾個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)到了很多在課堂上根本就學(xué)不到的知識(shí)，受益非淺。

　　二、實(shí)習(xí)目的：通過(guò)企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)實(shí)習(xí)，調(diào)查和了解企業(yè)產(chǎn)品、工藝、管理、工程布置、生存方式、營(yíng)銷方式等，培養(yǎng)感性認(rèn)識(shí)，為學(xué)好專業(yè)課打好基礎(chǔ)。

　　三、實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間：20xx.07至今

　　四、實(shí)習(xí)地點(diǎn)：浙江省義烏市國(guó)際商貿(mào)城，中國(guó)義烏國(guó)際商貿(mào)城是中國(guó)小商品城順應(yīng)市場(chǎng)國(guó)際化發(fā)展需要而建造的現(xiàn)代化批發(fā)市場(chǎng)。一期工程投資6億多元，于XX年9月28日建成并投入使用。該工程占地420畝、建筑面積34萬(wàn)平方米，設(shè)主體市場(chǎng)、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)直銷中心、商品采購(gòu)中心、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心、餐飲中心五大經(jīng)營(yíng)區(qū)，共有9000多個(gè)商位1萬(wàn)多戶經(jīng)營(yíng)戶。

　　國(guó)際商貿(mào)城一期市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)工藝品、飾品、玩具和花類四大行業(yè)商品，日客流量達(dá)4萬(wàn)多人次，商品銷往140多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)，90%以上商位承接外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)，外貿(mào)出口占60%以上。

　　國(guó)際商貿(mào)城是浙江省旅游局指定的購(gòu)物旅游定點(diǎn)單位，被省工商局授予為全省首個(gè)“五星級(jí)市場(chǎng)”稱號(hào)。

　　五、實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容：

　　一個(gè)偶然的機(jī)會(huì)我來(lái)到了浙江義烏有名的國(guó)際商貿(mào)城，應(yīng)聘的工作跟我的實(shí)際專業(yè)并不對(duì)口，起初是對(duì)掌坤電子有限公司的基本情況進(jìn)行了解，后來(lái)我從事的是電子商務(wù)，剛開(kāi)始對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)都不熟悉，每天都是對(duì)著電腦跟客戶聊天，讓他們了解我們的產(chǎn)品，這時(shí)候就需要注意跟客戶聊天時(shí)說(shuō)話的語(yǔ)氣，還考驗(yàn)了做生意的頭腦，很多時(shí)候還要做對(duì)賬單，所以工作起來(lái)很吃力，但是在老板和同事的關(guān)心和教導(dǎo)下我慢慢開(kāi)竅了…因?yàn)檫@是一個(gè)國(guó)際化的商貿(mào)城，所以時(shí)常會(huì)有外國(guó)客戶光顧，有美國(guó)的、韓國(guó)的、日本的、阿富汗的、非洲的…不得不說(shuō)，來(lái)到這里我的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)也得到了很大的提高。在大學(xué)的時(shí)候，我們幾乎很少跟外教對(duì)話，因?yàn)闆](méi)有信心，又加上畏懼心理，所以自己的口語(yǔ)就沒(méi)有得到很大的提高，來(lái)到這里之后環(huán)境讓你容不得膽怯，其實(shí)真正跟外國(guó)人對(duì)話也不是很困難，只要克服了自己的心理壓力，一定不要緊張，那樣的話就你能流利的跟老外交談，同時(shí)又提升了在老板心中的地位，這一點(diǎn)讓我感到很欣慰…在義烏有一個(gè)慣例，就是每年都會(huì)舉行一次大型的“義烏小商品博覽會(huì)”，由于我是這里唯一一個(gè)學(xué)英語(yǔ)的，所以老板就把這個(gè)重任交給了我，義博會(huì)舉行了5天，這5天中讓我獲益匪淺，跟老外交談的過(guò)程中讓我感覺(jué)到文化知識(shí)的可貴，也激發(fā)了我繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力….幾個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)，我們聽(tīng)取了有關(guān)電子產(chǎn)品的歷史與發(fā)展、有關(guān)其市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、技術(shù)生產(chǎn)、人力資源管理等方面的介紹，還參觀了各個(gè)生產(chǎn)車間，對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程產(chǎn)生了感性的認(rèn)識(shí)。
